We are recruiting for an experienced Legal Secretary/Assistant to join our successful Abuse and Public Inquires role in Manchester

 

We're looking for a talented individual who will be working on a large number of cases and as such, we’re looking for those who can chase medical reports, review records and prepare trial bundles. It’s also vital that medical/treatment instructions are managed, along with sending instructions to Counsel, paying disbursements and drafting letters to clients. Other duties would include running retainers, assisting our Fee Earners with various tasks, reviewing CCTV and booking legal hearings.

 

There would also be management of administrative tasks such as arranging conferences, assisting with ledgers (client balances and aged debt), file transfers and providing updates to our clients.

 

We are looking for someone with previous legal secretarial experience, a law degree is not required
