We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to own the measurement, optimisation, and commercial effectiveness of marketing across the full customer lifecycle. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will act as the authority on marketing performance, attribution, and ROI, ensuring marketing investment is clearly linked to business outcomes.
This is a senior role within the marketing leadership team, responsible for performance frameworks, advanced analytics, attribution modelling, experimentation, and executive-level insight. The role partners closely with Marketing, Finance, Data, and Operations to ensure a shared, evidence-led view of growth and efficiency.
This role drives strategic decision-making through deep analysis of customer behaviour, marketing, digital and onboarding performance, and return on investment across all channels and touchpoints
