Are you an experienced litigation professional looking to work on some of the UK's most complex and high-profile legal cases?
At Slater and Gordon, we're seeking an ambitious Senior Litigation Executive to join our market-leading Collective Actions Team. (We can consider applications across all of our office locations) This is a unique opportunity to become part of a team at the forefront of groundbreaking group and mass litigation, helping to deliver justice and meaningful outcomes for thousands of clients.
As a Senior Litigation Executive, you'll play a key role in managing large-scale collective claims from inception through to resolution. Working alongside experienced legal professionals, you'll be involved in some of the country's most significant and high-profile collective actions, contributing to the development and execution of litigation strategies that make a real difference.
This is an exciting role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment, enjoys tackling complex legal challenges, and is passionate about delivering exceptional client outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and progressing complex collective action claims.
- Assessing and analysing large volumes of claims and evidence.
- Navigating the procedural requirements unique to collective litigation.
- Monitoring and managing critical deadlines within a fast-moving legal environment.
- Identifying risks, challenges and opportunities, escalating key issues when appropriate.
- Supporting the development and implementation of litigation strategy throughout the lifecycle of each claim.
- Contributing to investigations into potential new claims and assessing their legal merits.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to drive cases forward effectively.
About You
We're looking for someone with:
- Demonstrable experience within civil litigation.
- Previous experience of collective actions, group litigation, or large-scale claimant litigation (preferred).
- A proven ability to assess, manage and progress complex claims.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- The confidence to contribute to legal strategy and case development.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- A proactive, commercially aware approach and a genuine interest in high-profile litigation.
